Refund and Returns Policy

At Poshan Potli, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement within 5-7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Perishable items such as sweets and snacks cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons; however, if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our customer support team at info@poshanpotli.com within the specified timeframe, providing your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once the request is verified, we will guide you through the return or replacement process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed and credited through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product. Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
